Field Trip to National Harbor and the debut of "Ice!"
Our Dec. 5th club field trip to Maryland's National Harbor Resort, on the Potomac River near Oxen Hill, Md., will be punctuated with a wonderful ice sculpture show.
We'll meet at the Gaylord Hotel at about 2:00 p.m. for picture-taking and holiday frivolity. We can photograph inside of the hotel lobby, with is 14-story atrium, and outside as well, during the afternoon and after dark. And as an additional event, those who are interested can opt to see the show
"Ice!". We've decided to shoot for the 3:00 show, so we can all go together. You will need to purchase your tickets for this event in advance, though.
